What the role of the Treaty of Waitangi should be in the future is not an easy question – if it were, we would have solved it by now. This final section presents arguments for and against several possible pathways, concluding the module and the course with the suggestion that you think about your own position, including how it might have changed as you worked through the modules and/or how it might change in the future.
